Yes, you can still enjoy delicious, chewy, chocolately, real chocolate chip cookies while dairyfree! This recipe is sure to be a new family favorite. Even our Dairy loving friends get excited about these cookies!
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup nondairy butter (*Earth’s Balance Olive Oil)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoons water
- 1 bag chocolate chips (Wegman’s Organic Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips are dairy and soyfree)
Combine butter and white sugar and mix until creamy. Add in eggs and brown sugar.
Slowly stir in flour, baking soda and water.
Now stir in chocolate chips. You have to leave this for the final step because little bakers are known to make the chips disappear.
