Who said pancakes are only for the weekends? With this recipe you can enjoy pancakes everyday, in just a few minutes.
This is the first time we’ve made pancakes from scratch and we’re happy to report we will not be going back to a box or mix! In addition to being Dairyfree, this recipe makes the most delicious pancakes and you can pronounce all of the ingredients- unlike with the just add water kind.
Healthy doesn’t have to = hard!
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk (we used So Delcious original flavor)
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dairyfree butter
- Maple syrup or your favorite topping.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
Mix in egg.
Flip pancakes over when batter starts to form small bubbles.
Add maple syrup or your favorite pancake topping and you’re ready for breakfast! Although our Chef was a bit grumpy through the prep process, he certainly enjoyed his creation! Pancakes are the best medicine!) Enjoy!
