Sunday mornings are the perfect time to whip up this homemade tasty treat! Eating Dairyfree means you can’t just drive thru your local doughnut shop for a quick breakfast, but our version is just as delicious and a lot more fun to make!

- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (we used So Delicious Vanilla flavor)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Nothing makes Chef Carson more excited than breaking out a new kitchen tool! You can use a deep fryer for this recipe or a deep pan with oil. We used canola oil. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl.Stir in sugar.
Add vanilla, baking powder, milk and flour. Mix together. Now you’re ready for the frying fun…Coat palms of hands with flour. Roll a small bouncy ball size of dough and drop in hot oil. Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oil and roll in powdered sugar. Serve warm or save a few for later. Enjoy! What’s better than a homemade doughnut on a weekend? …2!
