In addition to being delicious this recipe is so simple it will have you filling your seafood craving in no time!
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 15 saltine crackers (finely crushed)
Pick through crabmeat to make sure there are no leftover shells. Nothing worse than finding a shell in a Crabcake!
*This recipe makes 6-8 Crabcakes depending on how large you make them. You can also make smaller appetizer size.
