- 1 cup peanut butter (we use Wegmans organic brand)
- 1 cup sugar (again – Wegmans organic brand)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg (beaten)
2. Roll dough into little balls and put on baking sheet. (I like to cover baking sheet with parchment paper but if you don’t have any, don’t worry)
3. Use fork to make crisscross design and press cookies flat.
4. Bake for 10-12 min at 325.
